Using Multiple Profile Types

This site assigns profiles based on the type of user that is logged in.  Some users may have multiple profiles based on their relationship to the site, such as having multiple business or office locations.  When this occurs, the user has the ability to select from multiple profiles to automatically filter the data displayed based upon the relationship chosen.

Note:

• If you have only one profile, it is defaulted automatically for you, and the 'change my profile' feature is hidden
• If you have multiple profiles to select from, they can be changed using the My Profile page
• If the profile you last used is no longer available, you will recieve a warning that a new profile has been automatically selected for you
• The system will remember the last profile you selected between visits
• As profiles are a site-level feature, you cannot have different profiles displayed in multiple browsers at the same time.  When refreshed, the system will display the last selected profile in all browsers.
